Lock&Lock LED Tri-Proof Light – 20W/40W/60W
The Lock&Lock LED Tri-Proof Light combines high-efficiency LED technology, robust construction and simplified installation in a versatile lighting solution for commercial, industrial and utility applications.
Available in 20W, 40W and 60W versions, the luminaire delivers 2,800 lm, 5,600 lm and 8,400 lm respectively, with a rated luminous efficacy of 140 lm/W. It supports multiple color temperatures — 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 5700K and 6500K — allowing the lighting atmosphere to be selected according to the application.
The luminaire features IP65 ingress protection and IK08 impact resistance, making it suitable for environments where protection against dust, moisture and mechanical impact is important. The housing is made from PC + AL6063, with a PC optical cover and a milky-white finish. It is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +45°C.
The Lock&Lock series incorporates a built-in emergency battery, providing up to 3 hours of emergency operation at 10% emergency power. This makes the luminaire suitable for locations where continued illumination is required during a power interruption.
The specially designed Lock&Lock end caps use screw-free locking buckles, allowing the housing to be opened quickly for wiring and maintenance. The internal terminal arrangement also supports convenient rewiring and series connection, helping reduce installation time and labor costs.
The fixture can be installed by surface mounting or suspension, with stainless-steel mounting buckles and wire connectors supplied as accessories.
